FOOTBALL WARM-UP

 1. VEGETATIVE ACTIVATION

We go round the course three times.

2. JOINT MOBILITY

We prepare the joint system through different exercises.

3. FLEXIBILITY

We prepare the muscles with different exercises. Each stretch should last 15-20 seconds. You should feel a little discomfort in the muscles.

4. RUNNING AND DISPLACEMENTS

We move our body. Exercises should be ordered from lower to higher intensity. It has a duration of 3-4 minutes.

5. FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES

We do two balanced teams. After that, we will need two cones to do a relay race. The person that will do the exercise, has to go to the cone with the ball under control and when he arrives, he has to go around the cone and pass the ball to his teammate and he will do the same. After that, we will do a football match.
